Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and veriﬁcation have been obtained. Orders placed after 3pm PST Monday-Friday will be processed on the following business day. We process orders within 24-48 hours upon veriﬁcation, and orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-8 business days. Standard shipping is not available for Alaska. Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses (additional shipping charges may apply). We offer a variety of shipping options through FedEx—please select your preferred option at the time of checkout to compare rates and estimated delivery times. At this current time, we cannot accommodate shipping to multiple locations for items placed in the same order.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, American Express, and Visa/Mastercard gift cards.
All payments must be made in full at time of shipment. We cannot accept cash, checks, or money orders.
PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS
Occasionally, Fever Clothing will offer code-based promotions that can be redeemed online. Promotions and discounts, including free shipping will be communicated on the website and through emails. To redeem a code-based promotion during check-out, please perform the following steps:
- In the Shopping Bag, enter your promotion code in the space marked “Promo Code"
- Click the “apply” button
- Prices for items that are valid for the discount will be adjusted accordingly, or in the case of a shipping promotion, the shipping cost will reflect the discounted rate. Updated prices/rates will be reﬂected in the order summary.
The following restrictions apply
- To qualify for a speciﬁc promotion, your order must be placed during the specified promotion period. We cannot apply a promotion to a previous purchase.
- Some promotional offers may not be combined with other offers in the same order.
- Your order may need to be of a certain dollar amount to qualify; shipping and taxes are not applicable towards the qualifying amount.
- Only one promotional code may be used per order, and offers may be used only once unless otherwise noted.
- Offers are not valid on purchases of gift cards.
- Offer is not for resale and is not redeemable for cash
- No adjustments will be made to prior purchases, and cannot be applied to returned merchandise.
Fever Clothing follows all applicable taxing regulations for the areas where we do business. Taxes are charged according to the shipping address of your order.

When selecting your credit card payment option, please be sure to include the billing address that is associated with the credit card you are using to make your purchase. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay. Additionally, our goal is to save you time by processing each order as quickly as possible. Therefore, the moment you submit your order, you can expect that we are immediately working to get it to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to change the details of the order or cancel the order once the order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email of the shipment status. This email will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your computer. You can also check your order status from the site by clicking on ‘Order Status‘.
